Food Log
I definitely did not start out the first day of June well. But better than I would’ve done any other day. Seriously, I ate junk all day. But I didn’t binge on anything.
Breakfast:
- Pancake w/ a little egg
Lunch:
- Two sugar cookies
- A little chips and salsa
- A Tacito?
- One Enchilada Dorito (which I did not like)
- A few Skittles
There was a party in my Spanish class and then my lunch table at a party that I was not aware of.
Snack:
- Cornbread
- A small bowl of Cap’n Crunch
Dinner:
- A smoothie :P First healthy thing of today
I’m not calculating the calories. I don’t think it matters. I ate a whole bunch of junk. So that’s proof enough right there. I’m doing freakin’ better tomorrow.
